Cannabinoids are chemical compounds that occur naturally in the human body and actively interact with cannabinoid receptors located throughout the human body.

While CBD is a naturally-occurring component of marijuana, it does not cause a "high" like some may think. The CBD we offer is derived directly from the hemp plant, a cousin of the marijuana plant. Industrial hemp is defined by US law as cannabis having 0.3% or less delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content by dry weight.
